Common questions
Quick answers to what most riders ask before booking.
How long will it take?
Most services are completed within 1-3 days from drop-off. Race-prep and time-sensitive jobs flagged when you book.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes — we are fully appointment-based, so each bike gets full attention. Arrange as early as possible and we will slot you in based on availability; earlier requests get first pick of slots.
What should I bring?
Just your bike. We supply tools, consumables, and parts. If you want a specific part fitted (chain, tyres, etc.), bring it along or we can supply.
How do I pay?
On collection — PayNow, bank transfer, or card. We will quote anything outside the listed pricing before starting.
Will you call before extra work?
Always. Anything not in your booked service — replacement parts, additional labour, or the heavy-clean surcharge — is quoted first.
Do you service any bike brand?
Most road and gravel bikes, including Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo, and Di2 / AXS electronic groupsets. Ask if you have something unusual.
